I know most people would never describe me as shy. I sometimes can be though. I always come across as outgoing, but their sometimes can be that part of me that wants to hide in the corner until someone comes over to me and says hi! Photography has definitely helped me become the best person I can be. It is like something takes over when I hold the camera. I forget everything around me including shyness. I love how people such as Michelle can instantly feel at ease with me enough to let me do photos of her!

One of the most awesome, funnest reasons for doing photography is that I get to meet such sweet, amazing people. I met Michelle through another friend of mine, who I have known now for years. I had always heard about M and how sweet and awesome of a person she was. When I finally did get to meet her I was ecstatic! M was everything that my friend had described and more! I dragged her outside for a few quick photos as the snow was falling so gently and I got these pics. Can you say beautiful & photogenic much????

I hope that everyone in MY world....no I hope that everyone, I mean EVERYONE in THE WORLD is feeling some sort of love today. Love doesn't need to be from another person, it can be from within yourself and from your surroundings. Surround yourself with something or someone that you love. It will make the world a better place.

I find love when I look within..
I create love all around me,
I see the signs of love
everywhere I look..

If a fairy came along and offered you three wishes, what would they be? Now, you cannot wish that you have endless wishes. It's no use trying to cheat the universe. If you do, it tries harder, and it just get even trickier. They must be tangible wishes. I have thought about this all day. It is a hard thing to answer. The answer can change based on your mood, or events surrounding you in that present moment.

People have been asking me a lot what do I want to do? where do I see myself in the next 5 years. Once the New Year & the holidays have passed, people seem to stop reevaluating their lives. New Years resolutions are a thing of the past.

In five years I see my self doing much of the same, loving what I do. I would like to include much more travel into the mix, well I sure don't think that surprises anyone! I really do love being a part of my friends special days capturing their special moments. I had a "friend" recently tell me that I need to back away from photography because I was always busy and that is not making me have a very fun life. I don't know if she noticed or not that I have been the happiest I have been in a very long time since I started admitting to myself that photography was where I needed to be! Photography is fun for me, and for a lot of people this is something they can not comprehend. Imagine doing something you actually love for a living.

Again, what would your three wishes be?

Whoever told you to not follow your dreams is not a real friend. I for one am really glad that you decided to follow them. Not a lot of people have the guts to do so. You ROCK!

So this set of photos makes me laugh every time I see it. I have it posted to my fridge. This was taken after a wedding. I wish I could show you her shirt she is wearing, that I had gotten her in Vegas. It says "the camera loves me". I had gotten a new vehicle and Sparky Ming Ming wanted to see it on the inside. I set up my camera of course to record her reaction when I blasted dance music out for her so we could have a mini dance party. Sparky Ming Ming started to roar laughing. The biggest belly laugh ever. I love that laugh of hers. It can brighten anyone's day. It is one of those laughs that is from the depth of her belly and is fills her eyes and face. I am sure if you could bottle up that laughter and sell it, it would be a profitable product. Very Profitable. Anytime I miss her, I just think of that laugh, and it makes me feel happy. Oh Sparky Ming Ming, you really do make me smile.
