When I first met Jeremy & Erin, I instantly learned all about Jeremy's love for his "Green Mistress" which is his car, I didn't know how deep that love ran until the wedding day. The cars were used in all aspects of the day, from transportation to a full on photo shoot! They were also used in the Engagement Session.
Erin is a person that when you meet her you know that she will be a friend for life with a big heart. As the months went on with planning, I received emails asking for advice, not only on photography but also as a friend. I was surprised that when she was at the reception, and during their thank you speech, they decided to thank me, in front of their family. I was definitely touched that I had made that much of an impact on her wedding day and planning. I love getting to know my couples and not thinking of them as clients but as friends.

One of the most photographed churchs in Charlottetown for weddings is the St. Dunstin's - Basilica . It is an old church with a beautiful heritage and lifeline in Charlottetown. It also just happens to make for beautiful photography! Angela & Jon then held their reception at the Rodd Hotel in Charlottetown. They had a wonderful meal, and dance to follow with lots of dancing fun!
I hope, despite the rain that your day was everything your have ever dreamt it would be. You can view more of Angela & Jon's photos on this slide show by clicking here .

Jocelyn & Matt couldn't have asked for a more perfect island summer day to be surrounded by family and friends and celebrate their love! The wedding party was amazing, along with all of the girls that helped make sure Jocelyn's day was perfect. I think having a great support system in your friends and choices in wedding parties sure makes a difference on one of the most important days of your life! I am lucky that all my weddings that I am part of seem to have made awesome choices!

Vanessa & Donald grew up in PEI and were high school sweethearts. They made their way west as many young couples on PEI do. They are now living out their with their 2 absolutely adorable Taelyn (3 years old) & Kaden (1 year old) . These children absolutely stole my heart, they were so freaking cute!
We did the photos around Charlottetown and then headed out to Cove head beach to take a few finishing shots. The weather was an absolute perfect PEI summer day. I went on the carriage ride around Charlottetown with Vanessa & Donald, and they were looked at like celebrities! It was wonderful to spend some time with you both and get to know you. I wish you all the best back in Alberta!
Such a beautiful day, and a fun group! All the best :)

Mohammad made the voyage from the Middle East to Prince Edward Island to go to our University in Charlottetown. Shadi was soon to follow. Then comes the love part. Mohammad & Shadi found a lot different things about PEI but now love every minute of those different qualities. I cannot help but be proud that they love it so much. I love my island as well.
When the video grapher and I had a few minutes to ourselves, we discussed PEI and it 's unique qualities that he noticed. One of which was the pride he noticed in the landscape and people's homes and yards. I had shot many times at the Lieutenant Governors house but it was fun to watch someone who had never been there before have new ideas for a wedding video. The Charlottetown Hotel was the location for the ceremony and the reception. It was decorated beautifully with flowers from Hearts & Flowers.
I am honored that Mohammad & Shadi did chose me to be a part of their oh so special day instead of choosing an off island photographer! I loved learning about your traditions and getting to know you both and your families.
