Having your destination wedding as a private intimate celebration can be a difficult decision. A lot of people do choose to do this as a way to keep their ceremony unique, real, simple and memorable. Such a wedding can allow the bride and groom to share vows openly at ease with each other without a large audience. Being able to look into each others eyes and say true feelings with waves crashing in the background is amazing. I have the honor of being able to witness and capture such a unique ceremony discretely. As a photographer seeing these moments unfold, it fills up my heart with joy and love as I capture it.

“I was not the girl who had her wedding planned out in detail from the time she was a little girl. I did not have a wedding binder of inspiration collected in anticipation of the big day. I did however, know two things before I got engaged: 1. I wanted to get married in Jamaica  2. I wanted Rachel Peters to be my photographer.
